Product Description

10Gtek’s QSFP112 4x100Gbps transceiver module is designed for use in 400Gigabit Ethernet links over 500m single mode fiber. This product has 4 independent electrical input/output channels which can converts 106.25Gbps (PAM4) electrical input data to 4 channels of 106.25Gbps (PAM4) parallel optical signals, and also converts 4 channels of parallel optical signals of 106.25Gbps (PAM4) for each channel into 4 channels of 106.25Gbps (PAM4) electrical output data.

The module incorporates 4 parallel channels on 1310nm center wavelength, operating at 106.25G per channel. The transmitter path of the module incorporates a bi-directional PAM4 re-timer ASIC integrated with electro-absorption modulated laser driver. On the receiver path, used 4 photodiodes and one 4-channel TIA arrays, along with the PAM4 re-timer
