The 10Gtek’s OSFP loopback module effectively tests OSFP ports in the host system by looping back the electrical signal. The loopback supports data rates of up to 800 Gbps. The
hot pluggable feature allows changing to/from another OSFP compatible module without having to remove system power. Each module provides serial ID information which describes
the part number in the EEPROM. The 10Gtek’s OSFP loopback module provides an economical way to exercise OSFP ports during R&D validation, production testing and field
testing.
