QSFP+ transceiver is compliant to MSA SFF-8436 40GBase-SR4 and IEEE 802.3ba.
This is a parallel 40Gb/s Quad Small Form-factor Pluggable (QSFP+) optical module, terminated with MPO or MTP Connectors.
40G SR4 QSFP+ module supports 100 meters transmission over OM3 MMF or 150 meters transmission over OM4 MMF.
To better ensure the performance, the following 10Gtek-made MPO/MTP cables are recommended to be used for connecting the QSFP+ transceivers.
